✅ 100% Refund for Manufacturing Defects
If you receive a product with manufacturing defects (fabric defects, stitching errors, or damaged during production), we will issue a FULL REFUND or free replacement. No questions asked.
When Refunds Are Applicable
– Manufacturing defects – Fabric quality issues, stitching defects, missing buttons
– Wrong product delivered – Different product than what was ordered
– Damaged during transit – Physical damage, tears, stains, or packaging compromised
– Missing items – Incomplete order compared to invoice
When Refunds Are NOT Applicable
– Change of mind after order is confirmed
– Size issues – If you ordered the wrong size (size exchange available instead)
– Minor color variations – Due to screen display or lighting differences
– Wash and wear – Damage after washing, drying, or regular use
– Products without original tags or used condition
Size Exchange Policy
If the standard size (S, M, L, XL, XXL) you ordered does not fit, you may request a size exchange within 7 days of delivery. Returned product must be unused, unwashed, with original tags intact. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Exchange shipping is free for the first exchange.
How to Request a Refund or Exchange
Contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery with:
– Order ID number
– Clear photographs/video showing the defect (for refunds)
– Your request (refund or exchange with size preference)

Refund Process Timeline
– Approval: Within 2-3 business days after receiving your request with valid evidence
– Refund processing: 5-7 business days after approval
– Credit to account: 2-5 additional days depending on your bank/payment provider
– Razorpay will handle the refund to original payment method
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, the order may have been processed for shipping. Cancellation after dispatch is not possible. Cancelled orders receive refund within 5-7 business days.
📦 Shipping Damage Protocol
If product is damaged during transit, please REFUSE DELIVERY or UNBOX ON VIDEO. Contact us within 48 hours with unboxing video/photos for immediate replacement/refund.
