When Refunds Are Applicable – Manufacturing defects – Fabric quality issues, stitching defects, missing buttons – Wrong product delivered – Different product than what was ordered – Damaged during transit – Physical damage, tears, stains, or packaging compromised – Missing items – Incomplete order compared to invoice When Refunds Are NOT Applicable – Change of mind after order is confirmed – Size issues – If you ordered the wrong size (size exchange available instead) – Minor color variations – Due to screen display or lighting differences – Wash and wear – Damage after washing, drying, or regular use – Products without original tags or used condition Size Exchange Policy If the standard size (S, M, L, XL, XXL) you ordered does not fit, you may request a size exchange within 7 days of delivery. Returned product must be unused, unwashed, with original tags intact. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Exchange shipping is free for the first exchange.
