Terms & Conditions Last Updated: 25 May 2026 1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using RAYATIN, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website. 2. Products & Orders All products displayed on RAYATIN are premium ready-made clothes for men and women in standard Indian sizes (S, M, L, XL, XXL). Orders are dispatched within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud, with full refund processed within 5-7 business days. 3. Pricing & Payments All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of GST as applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets. 4. Shipping & Delivery We ship across all states and union territories of India. Delivery typically takes 7-15 business days from order dispatch, depending on your location. You will receive tracking information via email and SMS once your order is shipped. Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout. 5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges If you receive a defective or damaged product due to manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. We will provide a full refund or replacement. Size exchanges are available for unused products with original tags intact. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for size exchanges unless the product is defective. 6. User Accounts You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during ordering. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. 7. Intellectual Property All content on RAYATIN including images, logos, text, graphics, and designs are the exclusive property of RAYATIN and protected by Indian copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited. 8. Limitation of Liability RAYATIN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products. Our maximum liability is limited to the total order value paid by the customer. 9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Maharashtra, India. 10.
